World Platforms Inc. acquires the full rights to H.O.M.E. and the Kria Game Engine

VANCOUVER, BC --- World Platforms Inc., has purchased the Intellectual Property rights from KrabbitSoft Studios for the H.O.M.E. technology and Kria Game Engine.

Tony Hines, Chairman of the Board said, “This disruptive technology provides World Platforms with a distinct competitive and the unparalleled opportunity to dramatically change the world of gaming, a global industry already generating more revenue than the movie industry.”

H.O.M.E. and the Kria Game Engine represent a paradigm shift for game development, allowing developers to reduce development timelines and costs by up to 5 times, and for multiplayer games we are able to remove up to 95% of the required servers and associated bandwidth costs.

The majority of Multiplayer games today have limitations surrounding the number of on-screen players they are able to view; commonly the maximum is 128. With H.O.M.E. and the Kria games engine combined we have been able to increase the number of players on-screen by up to 4 times what the industry has seen today.

“Developer friendly World Platforms, with it’s patented cutting edge technology, will lead the global video game industry as the first generation of publisher to efficiently produce, market and distribute, triple A, universal platform, multiplayer titles.” says Lance Morginn, CEO of WPI.
